Stop chasing tuition every single month.
Walit follows up for you.
Set each student's plan once. Walit bills the parent, sends the reminders before and after the due date, reads the proof they send back, and keeps the balance current, per child and per branch.

The same month, twice.
Tuition is the most predictable money in your business. Collecting it is the least predictable part of your week.
Busywork built out
Recurring cycles, reminders, and receipts run without someone rebuilding the process each month.
Parent-friendly by design
Parents use the payment methods they already trust. No account and no app to install.
A reliable source of truth
Every proof, payment, and balance stays attached to the right student and month.
Your learning-center workspace includes:
Set it up once. It runs every month after that.
Enrolment takes about a minute per student. After that the tuition cycle handles itself.
Load the roster once
Add students, parents, tuition amounts, and due dates, or import the spreadsheet you already keep.
Let Walit run the cycle
Parents receive their links and reminders automatically, in your learning center’s name.
See the truth immediately
Proof is checked, balances update, and anything uncertain waits safely for your review.
No new payment habit to teach.
Parents open a link and pay through the account they already trust. Walit organizes what happens after.
No account needed. Payment goes directly to Bright Learning Center.
The right view for every role.
Owners see the full picture. Front-desk staff can collect and confirm. Teachers stay focused on students, not payment screenshots.
